The ACT Chief Minister's Pearcey Award is aimed at encouraging and rewarding fresh and innovative talent in the ICT profession in the Australian Capital Territory.
The award recognises an entrepreneur during his or her career who has demonstrated innovative and pioneering achievement and contribution to technological development in the ACT.
Judges are looking for younger professionals who are running risks, making a difference and inspiring others by their deeds.
Nominations are welcome at any time.
Plans are well underway for a Roundtable in early November.
The Pearcey Foundation very much appreciates the sustained support by the ACT Government over many years to promote the Chief Minister's Award and the personal commitment of the Minister since 2018 to support the Foundation's efforts in Canberra.

The 2017 Chief Minister's Pearcey Entrepreneur Award was presented by the Chief Minister, the Hon. The 2015 ACT Pearcey Entrepreneur Award was presented to Mr Greg Boorer at the Digital Canberra gala dinner in the Gandel Hall of the National Gallery of Australia. Mr Boorer is a well-known identity in the ICT industry in the nation's capital having started Canberra Data Centres (CDC) just eight years ago in 2007. Today CDC is the dominant data centre vendor in the ACT with more than 40 Federal and ACT government agencies as customers.
