Jordan Green Elected Pearcey Foundation Chair
The Pearcey Foundation announced Jordan Green AM as its new chair, succeeding Wayne Fitzsimmons OAM, who led the Foundation from 1999. Helen McHugh, the immediate past president of the ACS (Australian Computer Society), has been appointed as a director.

2025 Pearcey Medal
Wi-Fi pioneer Prof David Skellern AO was awarded the prestigious 2025 Pearcey Medal at the Pearcey National Awards event. The presentation was part of the 70th anniversary of the University of Melbourne School of Computing and Information Systems celebration evening held at Melbourne Connect on 21 November 2025.
