Jordan Green Awarded AM
The Pearcey Foundation's own Board member and Secretary, Jordan Green, was awarded an AM in the Australia Day 2024 Honours List. Jordan was recognised for his significant service to business, particularly through Angel investing, and to professional associations.
Jordan was surprised but delighted with the recognition, humbly replying, "Still not quite sure how to feel other than appreciative of the community support and recognition by our nation."
Jordan is iconic in the Australian startup scene, with wide experience as a founder, entrepreneur, VC, Angel investor, and business advisor. During his impressive career, Jordan has founded or co-founded more than 20 ventures on three continents, with many successful exits, and some with spectacular returns.
Most entrepreneurs would know of Jordan as he is very generous with his time as a regular speaker, panellist, judge, and participant in industry events. Indeed, many entrepreneurs have benefited from his advice and his deep understanding of new technologies, applications, business strategies, and the rough and tumble of capital raising, growing companies, and being successful.
More broadly, Jordan is well recognised overseas, and does Australia proud as an international guest speaker and for his contributions on international forums.
